Who Gets Accepted to Elevaré?
Even though we have no strict metrics, here are few characteristics that exemplify our members and what makes Elevaré so unique and valuable:
You MUST be an ALL-STAR, making significant business revenue.
Elevaré is not for new agents that are just getting started, still figuring out how to create consistent deal flow, or those that are on their last leg and may get out of the business.
You MUST have a huge heart, willing to help your fellow members with anything and everything.
There is no place for scarcity mindsets here, only abundance. This community is built on getting results fast, that last and if you have the ability to do that for someone, it is your obligation and your duty to help.

Draft Day
A personal introduction and walkthrough so you never feel like the “new kid on the team.” Imagine walking in on Day 1 and feeling like family.
PERSONALIZED, 1-ON-1 KICK-OFF SESSION
Within 24 hours we will set up a 1-on-1 onboarding call with one of our Member Experience Concierge where we will walk you through each and every aspect of your membership and we will not hop off until every question you have is answered. We will confirm if this is the right place for you, what your goals are, what you want to get out of our relationship together, set proper expectations, introduce you to our team, grant access to everything, start your War Room Team search, level you up instantly, plus so much more...
SPEED CONNECT
We host monthly sessions where we connect you with new and existing members alike in a rapid fire room to build new relationships fast and in volume. This is the perfect way for new and existing members to get acquainted and find out exactly how everyone can help each other.
War Room
Your own personal coaching staff and board of directors - there to give you advice, provide critical feedback, and help you accelerate the growth of your business and tackle any challenges in your life.
Monthly War Room Team sessions are the cornerstone of the Realtor Games experience and is the only part of Elevare that is mandatory. When you get drafted, our member experience team will carefully handpick 7-9 other members to join your team or place you in a current team that has a draft pick.
Teams are created first based on real estate type, then on traction (net income, growth, team size, specific business needs), and finally on life (married/single, kids/no kids, men/women/mixed, personal needs, etc.).
Sessions are structured and organized by your Executive Coordinator, who uses a tested Elevaré playbook so you can focus on the most important parts of your personal or professional life.War Room sessions are virtual, 2 hours long and happen every single month, except for the months we have an Experience lined up (War Room will be in-person those months).
In-Person Experiences
Elevaré members love to travel together and meet up so we curate one of a kind experiences to connect you with lifelong relationships and memories.
THE COMBINES
It’s like training camp but for your business. Two two-day intensives per year packed with the latest cutting-edge strategies, and systems everyone is using to take your business to the next level. Then unwind with a happy hour, and an amazing activity—because even Tom Brady knows you need to relax off the field.
FAMILY VACATION
Bring your family on vacation with you, because we believe in building businesses that give you the freedom to enjoy life with those you love most. Create lasting relationships and take home actionable insights that will level up your business as soon as you get home while creating memories with your family that lasts a lifetime. Right now we are planning our very first 2025 Family Vacation so stay tuned!
HANGOUTS
Unique, one-of-a-kind and spontaneous group activities (skiing in Breckenridge, rally car racing in Austin, scuba diving in Florida, game suite for a game). Anything members want to do. We also encourage our members to get together on their own, and we’re there to help facilitate “ Local Hangouts”, whether it’s at a coffee shop, happy hour at a local hot spot, or dinner at a member’s home with a private chef.

What is Elevaré?
Elevaré is an exclusive membership community designed for high producing real estate agents and teams. Its core purpose centers around cultivating an agent-focused peer network, with a primary emphasis on war room teams of peers, executive coordinators, ongoing knowledge-sharing among peers and special guests, and incredible in-person events.
How do I apply and what does the vetting process look like?
Anyone can feel free to apply through our application by tapping or clicking the "Request Your Invitation" buttons all over the page.
If you’ve been referred by a current Elevaré member, please remember to list their name as your application will moved to the front of the line.
Joining Elevaré involves a three-step process:
1. We ask you to fill out an application, which should take five minutes so we can evaluate your qualifications. Our entire Membership Board will review your application within 24 hours and if approved, you will be offered (via call, text, and email) to schedule a 30 minute interview with our Chief Operating Officer.
2. During your 30 minute interview we can learn more about you and you can learn more about Elevaré. It will be recorded and reviewed by our Membership Board and you will hear from us within 24 hours (via call, text, and email) if you have been approved to join our next Draft Class.
3. Once we inform you that you have been approved we will send you a personal link to register and set up your preferred investment terms. You must complete this within 48 hours or we will move you back to our waitlist.
Is it true that Elevaré is limiting it's membership numbers?
Our number one priority is maintaining the quality and integrity of the community and the expertise of its members. For that reason, we’ve decided to create a war room-based system that allows the community to grow in the best ways and yet also stay intimate in the best way possible. We can elaborate more during your interview if you have further questions.
Who will be in my War Room Team?
Once you've secured an invitation and your membership starts, our membership and curation team will begin the process of forming your war room team. We look primarily at you business, traction personal needs, plus much more, and then seek to group you with others who are similar enough to make your experience highly relevant, but different enough so you can learn and be challenged by them. We launch new teams every month.
What is the monthly time commitment?
War Room is the only element of your membership that is absolutely required to participate in (2 hours per month). Everything else is optional; however, those members that get the most out of their experience and the best results typically invest 2 hours per week minimum.
Can I be in any brokerage to join?
Absolutely! All are welcome.
Do you allow recruiting inside Elevaré?
Absolutely NOT! In fact, if we even catch a whiff of this happening we will immediately revoke the memberships of anyone involved without question. We will also revoke memberships if anyone does not abide by our Code of Conduct everyone signs prior to being drafted into Elevaré.
Can I get a sponsor to cover my monthly or annual investment?
Absolutely!
Once you have been approved and your register link has been sent you must provide Mike Fliss with your sponsor's information via email (Full Name, Business Name/Association, Phone, Email, Reason for sponsoring, Annual/Monthly investment) with the subject line "Sponsor Information - YOUR NAME".
We will then reach out to your sponsor to set up the payment terms and confirm their interest in sponsoring you.
Understand that it is your responsibility to obtain your sponsor and inform your sponsor of the exact terms we laid out in your interview.
Your 48 hour window will not be extended to register before being put back on our waitlist so best practice is to lock in your sponsor right after your interview so they are ready if approval is made for you to join.
Is this a 12 month commitment or month-to-month commitment?
Although we do offer a month-to-month investment term for every member this DOES NOT mean your membership is month-to-month. Every member is required to commit 12 months at a time and you will not receive a refund if you do not make it through your first 12 months and complete our requirements for refund during your first 12 months ONLY.
Refunds will NOT be given after your initial 12 months with no exemptions.
